Kyle McGregor, President/Managing Broker
Kyle first came to Firm Management in 2005, bringing knowledge and experience of the residential and multi-unit construction from his prior experience in carpentry and structural welding. Kyle has ingrained the strong professional and ethical philosophies and common-sense solutions that the founders, the Fimrite family, have always practised. Kyle has assisted Firm Management through rapid growth in both the commercial and residential property management markets, all while maintaining the personal quality that Firm Management is known for.
Kyle is genuinely focused on providing unrivaled service with a modern collaborative approach and going the extra mile to ensure clients’ needs and assets are protected and cared for. Kyle and two other long-time employees of Firm Management, Peter Tanner and Daryl Jackson, purchased the company in 2022 from the founders, The Fimrite's.
Kyle, an outdoor enthusiast, is an avid skier and mountain biker, and he has experience volunteering with the Victoria Search and Rescue.
Bonita (Bonnie) McCulloch, Team Leader of Property Management Services
Bonnie is a key member of the Firm management team, moving from a full strata property manager with a full portfolio for more than 16 years, and transitioned to take on the role of Team Leader of Property Management Services. Her work history of customer relations, facilitation, mediation, and program development are an asset which assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of monitoring quality control, customer relations and training. Bonnie is a local girl and loves the challenge of turning a potential problem into a smile. Bonnie has enjoyed sitting on the PAMA BC Board of Directors as the Victoria representative.
Shannon O'Connor, Controller
Financial Controller of the company and oversees the Administration Team. Provides financial leadership and assistance to Firm Management. Oversees many aspects & the timely management of all financial matters; an excellent addition to the team!

This team continues to provide strong support of fundraising to many local charities and nonprofit organizations including the Gold Annual Sponsor of the Saanich Peninsula Hospital and Healthcare Foundation and the Victoria Hospice. Many of our team members are also proud regular Blood Donors.
