Dennis Fimrite, President
Dennis Fimrite first came to Firm Management in 1995, bringing 5 years’ experience as a commercial realtor in Edmonton, Alberta to what was then a young company. Since then, he has guided Firm Management through rapid growth in both the commercial and residential property management markets, all while maintaining the personal quality that Firm Management is known for.
Since coming to Victoria, Dennis Fimrite immersed himself in the local real estate business community. He has worked extensively with the Victoria Real Estate Board, serving as chair of the commercial division from 2004 – 2006. In 2008, he was elected a member of the board, a position he held until 2012. In 2011, he served as President of the Victoria Real Estate Board. Since then, he has also become a member of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia, serving on the council in 2015 – 2016. He continues to assist on council committees as required.
As a committed believer in community support and development, Dennis has served as member of the Central Saanich Lions Club and the Sidney by the Sea Rotary Club, and is a proud regular Blood Donor.
Bonita (Bonnie) McCulloch, Manager/Property Management Services
Bonnie is a key member of the Firm management team, recently moving from a full strata property management portfolio for 14 years, to take on the role of Manager of Property Management Services. Her work history of customer relations, facilitation, mediation and program development are an asset regarding the day to day responsibilities of monitoring quality control, customer relations and training. Bonnie is a local girl, and loves the challenge of turning a potential problem into a smile. To service the industry, Bonnie is currently sitting on the PAMA BC Board of Directors as the Victoria representative.
Duane Jacobs, CPA, BBA, Controller
Duane oversees the overall financial management of the company, including Client and Corporate Accounting. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Vancouver Island University with majors in accounting and finance. In 2018, he earned his CPA designation with Partners Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
Duane is also very passionate about the CPA Education Program and continues to be involved with the CPA Western School of Business.
Jacalyn Weech, CPA, CA, Project Controller
Jacalyn works directly with the President on special projects while providing support for the Controller. Jacalyn has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Alberta and earned her CA designation with Coopers and Lybrand in 1990. Prior to joining Firm Management, Jacalyn worked as a Director of Finance in the Grocery Industry in Bermuda, and later, as Director of Finance for the Victoria Conservatory of Music. She takes pride in providing financial leadership and inspiration to the Firm Management administrative team.

Administration helps property management prepare reports, provide timely correspondence and ensure owners have access to the documents they need.
