Please be advised that Firm Management continues to review the Provincial Government frequent updates regarding health and safety measures to be taken during COVID.
COVID and Omicron continue to result in frequent staff and clientele positive tests, and we are presently working one day at home and one day in the office on two teams.
To better service our clientele, and to keep everyone safe including our staff members, the following procedures are presently being followed;
Our office is assisting our customers but is not considered ‘open.’ We staff the office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, and closed on holidays.
When you need to visit the office, please knock on the door and a staff member will attend to assist you. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that you wear a mask while in the internal corridors.
If you need to purchase fobs or keys, please email your property manager so they can be ready to pick up when you arrive.
If you have an item to drop off, we are encouraging people to use our drop-box located outside, across from the first-floor elevator lobby entrance in the breezeway of our building.
